I am 50 years old. I am a chronic depression patient under medication. I take 50 mg paroxetine and 200 mg lamotrigine since last 10 years. Since last 1 year I am facing gastric problem like feeling of incomplete bowl movement and urge to go again after sometime. Poor appetite, bloating, gas, uneasiness in the stomach after taking meals. Most of the time (ibs symptoms). Whether it is anything to do with my depression medication. Please advise.
